The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prep ingredients, follow safety standards, and assist with food preparation in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required, but basic kitchen knowledge and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Basic kitchen knowledge preferred but no experience required.
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions with accuracy.

• Able to prioritize tasks safely in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, and prep produce and ingredients according to prep list.
• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and labeling standards.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and sanitize equipment.
