Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, OH is seeking an entry-level Fast Food Cook to join a fast-paced quick-service kitchen. You will prepare food to the highest standards and assist the team in meeting guest expectations while handling multiple orders and maintaining cleanliness.

The position offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling, with opportunities for cross-training and development, plus benefits and a pathway to growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; may be currently enrolled.
• Ability to learn correct and safe food preparation; understand sanitation.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Work with POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow daily logs and sanitation records.
• Comply with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare all food per recipes and adjust for flavor with guidance from chef.
• Execute orders promptly while handling multiple orders.
• Assist with stocking food and supplies; verify deliveries.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment; follow cleaning schedules.
• Support operations at the request of Sous Chef or leadership.
• Check out with outlet leader at shift end.
