Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn correct and safe food preparation and sanitation.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department procedures and logs.
• Ensure compliance with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare food items per recipes and adjust for flavor with chef guidance.
• Execute orders in a timely manner for multiple orders.
• Assist in stocking food and supplies; verify receipts.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and equipment; manage waste.
