Hornblower Group is seeking a prep cook to support events aboard our vessels, preparing and plating foods for buffets, assisting with deliveries, and upholding strict cleanliness and safety standards.

The role offers hands-on learning and potential growth into other culinary positions within our marine and hospitality operations. Strong English communication and ability to work in a team environment are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years kitchen prep experience.
• Knowledge of health sanitation codes.
• Able to obtain TWIC and MMC certifications.
• Able to understand and communicate with English-speaking crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stocking products from deliveries, maintaining rotation and storage.
• Follow food production guidelines, preparing food within allotted time frames.
• Maintain safe and sanitary food standards.
• Label, date and initial all prepared and stored food products.
• Monitor all work areas throughout shift.
