Job summary

Hornblower Group’s City Experiences division is seeking a Cook to prepare food for events and assist with deliveries. You will cut, chop, peel, plate, and maintain sanitary workstations.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining freshness, and ensuring food safety standards while working nights, weekends and holidays. Previous kitchen experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of kitchen experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items using prep lists and standard recipes.
• Follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain rotation of food to ensure freshness.
• Store leftovers properly with labeling and dating.
• Keep refrigerators and work areas clean and organized.
• Ensure station cleanliness and sanitation at shift end.
• Work in a safe and sanitary environment per food safety standards.
