Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills (chopping, dicing, slicing).
• Use cooking methods such as boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying, grilling.
• Prepare ingredients for 200+ menu items and manage portions.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
