Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed and accuracy.
• Read and follow recipes using precise measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients with knife skills: chopping, dicing, slicing.
• Utilize cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, grilling.
• Prepare sauces, dressings, and soups for 200+ menu items.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, griddles, mixers, and slicers.
