Nan's Kitchen is seeking an experienced Prep Cook to join our team. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes for restaurant guests to enjoy, with a focus on quality and consistency.

You should be passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences, able to manage multiple prep projects, and contribute to a friendly, productive team. ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification is preferred, and a clean, well-organized walk-in is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced prep cook with ability to manage multiple prep projects.

• Attention to detail and strong knife technique.
• Able to keep a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities
