SSA Group is seeking a Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness, and help manage supplies to ensure smooth service.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety standards across multiple units. Candidates should have kitchen experience or culinary training, and be able to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or culinary education is preferred.
• Food handler license preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsabilités

• Prepare a variety of ingredients, including washing, chopping, seasoning, and marinating.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies.
• Assist in inventory management and storage of supplies.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
