Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Cook to support line and back-of-house prep, ensure safety and quality standards, and assist with daily operations. You will maintain proper food quantities, participate in safety logs, and help with dishwashing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences.
• Supports restaurant prep (BOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meet daily quickservice, safety and quality standards.
• Maintain proper food quantities for daily service.
• Participate in safety logs and proper hygiene practices.
• Assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow SSA policies.
• Report issues to supervisor to prevent recurrence.
