SSA Group seeks a Prep Cook to support bustling kitchen operations across our venues. You will prepare ingredients, assist in sanitation, and help keep inventory organized in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have prior kitchen experience or culinary training, and a food handling license is preferred. You must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. SSA Group values teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or culinary training
• Food handling license preferred
• Ability to work varied hours/days including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of ingredients by washing, chopping, seasoning, and marinating
• Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Assist in inventory management and storage of supplies
• Ensure proper storage of all food and items
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
