Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Prep Cook to support our kitchen operations across multiple units. You will prepare a variety of ingredients, maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory, and ensure proper storage while following nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

This role requires teamwork, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Experience in a kitchen or culinary training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of ingredients, including washing, chopping, seasoning, and marinating.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies.
• Assist in inventory management and storage of supplies.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
