You’ll read recipes, prepare vegetables, meats, and fishes, and work with reliable equipment on a flexible schedule including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel.
• Prep cook experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to read and prep recipes to measurements and standards.
• Available to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, slice, dice, chop, and prepare raw vegetables, meat and fish
• Use a commercial slicer to slice meats, cheese, and vegetables
• Use a commercial food processor to prep foods
• Operate convection and conventional ovens and gas ranges
• Lift, weigh, and portion foods using a scale
• Label, date, and store prepped product
• Clean, wipe, and scour prep equipment and area floors
