Qualifications

• Experience as a prep cook in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, slice, dice, chop, and prep vegetables, meats and fish.
• Use slicers and processors to prepare foods.
• Operate ovens and gas ranges.
• Weight and portion foods using a scale.
• Label, date, and store prepped products.
• Clean and maintain prep area and equipment.
