Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, handling, safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to multitask with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients using proper knife skills for various dishes.
