Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks quickly with accuracy.
• Read recipes and measure ingredients precisely.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills for multiple items.
• Use cooking methods like boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying, and grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items and maintain organization.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, grills, and slicers safely.
