Responsibilities

• Receives daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepares items following production sheets, quantities, and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use per procedures.
• Stores, labels, and dates all food items; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation, reports, and logs as needed.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Takes orders and prepares items with short prep times; serves customers efficiently.
• Fulfills orders from steam tables and grills across stations.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards for proper portions and temperatures.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
