The Granite Grill Glenlake in Raleigh, North Carolina, is hiring part-time and full-time Prep Cooks to join our opening team of this highly anticipated new full-service restaurant. Training will begin in November.

We are looking for dedicated, organized, and efficient culinary professionals who are passionate about food preparation and enjoy being part of a fast-paced kitchen environment. Prep cooks will receive training on our kitchen procedures, ingredient specifications, and company standards

Responsibilities

• Prepping ingredients for all menu items
• Following recipes and standards to ensure consistency in every dish
• Organizing and maintaining the prep area to ensure efficiency and cleanliness
• Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste
• Ensuring all food safety and cleanliness guidelines are followed to the highest standards
• Maintaining a steady pace to ensure all prep is completed prior to service
