The Granite Grill Glenlake in Raleigh, North Carolina, is hiring part-time and full-time line cooks to join our opening team of this highly anticipated new full-service restaurant. Training will begin in November.

We are looking for passionate, skilled culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating delicious dishes from scratch. Line cooks will receive thorough training on our kitchen and safety procedures, menu recipes and plating, and company standards to

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, equipment, techniques, and knife skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
