The Granite Grill is hiring line cooks for part-time and full-time roles in Raleigh, NC. Training will begin in November, with a focus on recipes, plating, and safety standards to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Qualified candidates bring experience in high-volume kitchens, strong knife skills, and a team-oriented attitude. Evening and weekend availability is required to support a bustling dining environment.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and knife skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age, able to lift up to 30lbs, and able to stand/move about the kitchen for the duration of the shift.

Responsabilités

• Following recipes and plating instructions for all menu items to meet our high standards.
• Working efficiently to ensure timely and accurate food delivery in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety protocols.
