Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time Prep Cook for Tutto Italia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. You will prep food items for guests, support excellent guest experiences, and contribute to a clean, safe kitchen.

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets.
• Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment).

Responsibilities

• Retrieve storage items as needed, measure, portion, and prepare all food items per standards.
• Communicate with the Chef for special instructions or training.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work as instructed.
• Follow ServSafe and health regulation guidelines.
