Qualifications

• 1 year+ bakery experience required.
• Basic math skills for recipe measurements.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team player and follow directions.
• Capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes portion sizes and to a quality standards
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
• Ensures proper bakingtemperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
