Job summary

Tutto Italia Ristorante, located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, is hiring a full-time Prep Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare food items for guests and support the team with accurate mise en place and consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Able to read prep sheets and follow instructions.
• Comfort with knives and small kitchen equipment.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve storage items and measure, portion, and prepare all food items.
• Communicate with the Chef for special instructions or training.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean, orderly manner.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties per guidelines.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and ServSafe procedures.
