Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking a full-time Prep Cook for Tutto Italia in Lake Buena Vista, FL. You will prepare items for guests, support great guest experiences, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets.
• Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment).

Responsibilities

• Retrieve storage items necessary, and measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
• Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
• Follow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures, upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations

• Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of the shift

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
