Delaware North Patina Group is hiring experienced full-time Pizza Cooks for Pizza Ponte in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. You will prepare food to quality standards, operate kitchen equipment, and uphold all health and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Back-of-the-house foodservice experience of 1 year minimum.
• Ability to read prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Use waste control guidelines and record waste on the spoilage sheet.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory per guidelines.
