Delaware North’s Patina Group at Maria and Enzo's Ristorante in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, is seeking experienced full-time Cooks to prepare Italian dishes, operate kitchen equipment, and uphold health and sanitation regulations.

Compensation includes $18.00–$20.00 per hour with weekly pay, a benefits package, and opportunities for training and development within a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of food preparation experience in a high-volume, fast-paced Italian or Mediterranean restaurant environment.
• Proficient knife skills (brunoise, julienne, chiffonade, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and products.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow recipes and production sheets.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food to meet portion sizes, quality standards, and proper temperatures; package items to specifications.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
• Record waste using the spoilage sheet and follow waste-control guidelines.
• Perform opening, closing, and end-of-day inventory per guidelines.
