Job summary

Paseo in Anaheim, California, is hiring full-time and part-time Prep Cooks to join Delaware North’s Patina Group. You will prepare food items for guests in a fast-paced setting and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Pay is $21.13 per hour, with benefits including weekly pay, training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules. Additional benefits may include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, vacation, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets.
• Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment).
• Ability to follow instructions.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve storage items as needed and measure, portion, and prepare all food items per standards.
• Communicate with the Chef for special instructions or training.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and per guidelines.
• Follow all safety, kitchen, and sanitation procedures.
