Responsabilités

• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specs with kitchen tools.
• Maintain quality and accuracy of ingredients and dishes to brand standards.
• Set up station with ingredients, prep, and utensils at start/end of service.
• Restock items as needed during shift.
• Inspect areas for safe, sanitary handling practices.
• Cook and season foods according to recipes or judgment.
• Plate, garnish, and serve food to staff or patrons.
• Support other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
