Chief of Staff, LLC is seeking enthusiastic cooks to prepare and cook a variety of foods in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, maintain safety standards, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.

The role emphasizes knife and equipment handling, temperature controls, and collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver high-quality meals to guests and events.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
• Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements.
• Grill, cook, and fry foods such as french fries, eggs, and pancakes.
• Set up and tear down equipment.
• Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
