Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a Cook I responsible for preparing, cooking, and stocking items at a station per outlet standards. You will plate entrees, salads, desserts and beverages, maintain station par levels, and help with cashiering duties when required.

Responsibilities include operating grill/fryer, ensuring product freshness, keeping a clean kitchen, and collaborating with the shift leader to manage stock and waste. High school diploma or GED preferred; basic English required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand Basic English.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock all items for a given station following standard recipes.
• Cook and plate entrees, salads, sandwiches, and desserts per outlet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper labeling, rotate stock items, and reduce waste as directed.
• Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment as required.
• Cashier duties may be performed where applicable and operate the cash register.
• Ensure par levels and product needs are met in coordination with shift leader.
