Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring a Cook to prepare recipes and food items per the Executive Chef’s requirements. You will handle grilling, frying, baking and broiling, with quick prep work and inventory checks to ensure par levels are met.

The role requires maintaining a clean, safe work area and upholding health codes, while collaborating with service and kitchen maintenance staff to deliver quality dishes in a fast-paced buffet setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a kitchen or food-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake and grill food items as needed.
• Operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven and French top per kitchen needs.
• Complete preliminary prep work in a timely manner.
• Maintain sanitary and organized work areas throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff.
• Assist with other duties and uphold high integrity standards.
