You will work with grills, fryers, ovens and walk-in coolers, ensuring products are prepared to standard recipes and quality is maintained. The position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 100 lbs, with shifts that include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and follow recipes precisely.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and push/pull 70 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake and grill food items per kitchen needs.
• Operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven, French top and blast chiller per procedures.
• Conduct preliminary preparation work in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper inventory and par levels in assigned stations.
• Ensure sanitation and organization of work areas.
• Store and handle perishables safely and correctly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
