Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a competent cook to join our on-site kitchen in Las Vegas. You will prepare, cook, and assemble menu items quickly and accurately for service, maintaining quality and sanitation standards across all stations.

The role requires at least two years of cooking experience, ability to work flexible shifts, and basic POS knowledge. Health certificate and English proficiency are required to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a cook.
• Experience with quick-service preparation.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must provide own tools.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Local health department sanitation certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and produces menu items to standards quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to prepare items such as salads, appetizers, sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza, etc.
• Prepares, cooks, and seasons all food.
• Skilled in fry cook, broiler, and Garde Manger.
• Controls food production in all work areas including proper cooking methods, times and temperatures.
• Adheres to kitchen maintenance and sanitation programs.
• Maintains assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
