Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy items.
• Able to read recipes and food labels.
• Able to read POS ticket orders.
• Must complete food safety certification per Florida statutes.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Prepare menu items according to recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Rotate products and stock to par level to avoid disruptions.
• Help complete prep work and set up stations.
• Transport items to and from kitchen and assist vendors.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen area throughout shift.
• Break down and clean stations at closing.
