The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to support our culinary team across multiple duties, from precise prep work to upholding sanitation standards. You will contribute to delivering quality plates and assist the kitchen crew to ensure smooth service.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of experience in kitchen preparation and line cook.
• Positive energy and team player attitude.
• Ability to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Effective communication with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Refer to Daily Prep List for each shift and complete opening/closing checklists and promptly report equipment, food quality problems, or product shortages to Chef.
• Prepares and portions a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
• Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven flat top range, refrigeration equipment, and adhere to all DHEC regulations for cleanliness and sanitation
