As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll work alongside our Chef team to ensure ingredients are prepped and ready for service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. What You’ll Do:

• Prep ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, and measuring out ingredients to ensure everything is ready for the kitchen team.
• Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure dishes are prepared to perfection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including both the kitchen and storage areas, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies, ensuring we have everything we need to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department following all health and safety regulations.
• Contributes to a productive work culture by staying focused and finding ways to improve self and others.
