The Cheesecake Factory is seeking Prep Cooks in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work with a supportive team, read and follow recipes, and prepare ingredients for a large menu while maintaining high quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include following prep lists, using knife skills, and operating common kitchen equipment to support consistent, delicious dishes for guests.

Qualificações

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Ability to read recipes and follow measurements accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Follow a prep list with speed and accuracy.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements and portions.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills such as chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying, and grilling.
• Prepare sauces, dressings, and soups for 200+ menu items.
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
