Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Proficient with kitchen tools, equipment, and culinary techniques.
• Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards.
• Ability to multitask with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about hospitality and team culture.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Follow a prep list and complete tasks efficiently with speed.
• Read and follow recipes with accurate measurements for consistency.
• Prepare ingredients using knife skills such as chopping and slicing.
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sauteing, frying, and grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items including sauces and soups.
• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, mixers, slicers).
• Label, date, and rotate food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain organization, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
• Support teamwork through clear communication and collaboration.
