Qualifications

• Able to work in a high-volume kitchen with speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Must be 18 years or older and comply with health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin cooking methods including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups and salads.
• Prepare food to Red Robin quality standards in a back-of-house kitchen.
• Support line cooks and kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized station.
