Job summary

Desert Diamond Casino West Valley is seeking a Kitchen Prep/Steward under direct supervision by the Assistant Sous Chef. The role involves assisting with prep, learning cooking and baking techniques, and ensuring food storage and work areas adhere to health and safety regulations.

You will work across Food & Beverage venues and support a fast-paced kitchen team. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months in a kitchen or as a Kitchen Steward, ability to pass a pre-employment drug

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred.
• 6 months in a working kitchen or 6 months as a Kitchen Steward or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check; gaming license may be required.
