Qualifications

• High school degree or GED; two years cooking experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to menu and demand.
• Uses and learns proper knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Reads and follows standardized recipes for all foods and venues.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitized work area per health regs.
• Communicates with Room Chef and team to ensure readiness of venues.
