Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred.
• 6 months in a working kitchen or 6 months as a Kitchen Steward or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older. Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and obtain a gaming license.
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers card and TIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Learn to prepare a variety of foods according to the menu and demand.
• Follow standardized recipes for all food venues and outlets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area per health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with Cooks, Lead Cooks, and the Assistant Sous Chef.
• Assist with stocking and proper storage for all food venues.
• Perform other duties as required.
