Bond Brother's is seeking a skilled prep cook to join the team at the RDU Airport location. The candidate will prepare and portion ingredients, assemble dishes, and support kitchen operations with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cook experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, methods and equipment.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation techniques.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
• Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
• Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
