Job summary

Bond Brothers Kitchen & Bar at the RDU Airport is seeking friendly, energetic servers to join our team. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Previous server experience in a fast-paced restaurant and excellent communication are preferred. We offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, training and development, and employee discounts. Must be 18+ and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide menus.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Prepare checks and process payments.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
