Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and/or move up to 90 pounds.
• Work environment includes wet/humid conditions and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Follow the prep list and prepare food per production guidelines and recipes.
• Utilize weight scale for accurate portioning and maintain portion control.
• Learn Sonny's-specialized BOH terminology, plating, and procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and equipment.
• Restock and check food item levels; rotate and label items.
• Perform cleaning duties during and after shifts.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
