Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus, processes, and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at correct temperatures, and properly plated.
• Ensure kitchen and dining area cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes and maintain dishwashing procedures.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide and dietary requirements.
• Maintain food service records and storage per policies.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager for tours and events.
