Bickford Senior Living of Crystal Lake is seeking a Prep Cook to support the culinary team in a restaurant-style dining experience called the Bread Basket. The Prep Cook prepares meals, serves guests with correct temperatures, and helps keep the kitchen and dining area clean and compliant with standards.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following Bickford’s menus, processes, and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at correct temperatures, and properly plated.
• Ensure Bickford’s process is followed during meal service.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans per procedure.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide.
