Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following Bickford’s menus, processes, and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at the correct temperatures, and appropriately plated.
• Ensure kitchen procedures are followed during meal service.
• Interact with residents during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes and maintain dishwashing procedures.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide.
• Maintain food service records per resident diets and allergies.
• Store food per regulatory requirements.
