You will prepare meals following menus, serve residents, and maintain kitchen cleanliness while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role offers full-time and part-time schedules with daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus, processes and expectations.
• Serve food timely at correct temperatures and properly plated.
• Ensure kitchen and service processes are followed.
• Engage with residents in the Dining Room to enhance dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans per kitchen procedures.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide.
• Use Meal Order Information to track diets, allergies, and preferences.
• Maintain records and storage per regulations and policies.
• Complete tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas per standards.
• Stock Bistro/Beverage Bar with refreshments.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager for tours and events.
