Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus and expectations.
• Serve food timely and correctly plated.
• Follow Bickford’s meal service processes.
• Interact with residents to enhance dining experience.
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide.
• Track diets, allergies, and preferences from resident orders.
• Maintain records per regulatory requirements.
• Store food per policy and regulation.
• Complete tasks from the Kitchen Cleaning Schedule.
• Ensure cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas.
• Stock Bistro/Beverage Bar with refreshments.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager for tours and events.
